Conditions for Return
Cutting boards must be unused and in their original condition.
Refunds may be reduced to reflect any loss in value if the item is returned damaged, altered, or shows signs of use.
Non-Refundable Items
Custom or personalized products (including engraved boards) are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
Exceptions: If the item is incorrect or damaged due to our error, we will provide a replacement at no cost. Please review your personalization details carefully before placing your order.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.
We will work with you to provide a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
Shipping Responsibility
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs (except in cases of damage or defect).
We recommend using original packaging when possible and purchasing insurance for the full value of the item. We cannot provide refunds for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for processing.
